Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or proof of delivery. The original shipping cost we paid to send the order to you is non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. Exceptions
